We at AAS are trying to provide shelter for the needy. People who have no means of livelihood, are homeless due to natural or manmade calamities like floods, droughts, earthquakes or may be due to domestic violence or any other reason are tried to be rehabilitated.
We try to give them comfort and secure shelter to live and also ensure that they feel free and stay like a family with each other.
AAS had already worked for the people of Tamilnadu hit by Tsunami, the people of Uttrakhand hit by devastating floods in Kedarnath valley and slums of Delhi to provide secure and safe shelters. We also run temporary shelters in tents during winter season.
At AAS we are working to empower communities living in informal settlements to pursue their right to dignity and an elevated quality of life.
